Baltimore Ravens' Brandon Stokley & State Treasurer "Chip" Flowers Talk Financial Football

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Brandon Stokley joined Delaware State Treasurer Chip Flowers and Visa Inc. on 24 September 2013 to announce a statewide effort to improve financial literacy amongst Delaware teens. They announced the distribution of Financial Football, a free educational video game and classroom curriculum developed by Visa Inc., to every public middle school and high school in Delaware.
