CBRC Co-Hosts Workshop on Banking Consumer Protection

The International Workshop on Banking Consumer Protection was co-hosted by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) and the World Bank. It was held on 25-26 September in Beijing and drew 200 attendees from Visa, China, and other markets, including government organizations, regulators, academy, financial institutions, and media. The workshop was amongst the key initiatives during September, officially designated as National Financial Education Month in China.
